Moved and.seconded that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately <br />the secand and third times and put on its paasage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion tivas as follows., Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, <br />Kramer, Paddock, Scott. Robert M. Packe 3183 V'1. 231st St ob j ected to <br />the change from the Fairview line to Clague Road, but not from <br />Clague Road to Columbia Road. <br />Nerman Kaserman 23900 Lorain Road requested the chanoe of zoning <br />but vranted the depth increased from 300 feet to the depths of <br />the lots. <br />A. H. Torrence 4430 W. 231 objected to changing from Fairview <br />line to Clague Roa.d, but not from C1aEue Road to Colusnbia Road, <br />and objected to 300 feet depth. <br />Geo. A. BoesSer 23000 Lorain requested his entire 508 feet be <br />rezonEd to retail business. <br />H. R. Strauss 3343 W. 231 St objected to any change of zoning <br />an.d a1so, objGcted to the gara;e at. 231st. <br />N.`G. Gelke 23140 Lorain requested all his frontage be rezoned. <br />14rs. A. H. Torrence 4430 W. 231 objected to turkeys being raised <br />within 100 feet of her yard. <br />James Dufala 3220 W. 231 objected,to change of zoning and exist- <br />ing business at corner of 231st. <br />Robert Cutler 24532 Lorain Road wanted to know if he is novr in <br />a retail business district at his present location. He vras <br />assured by the Mayor that he was. <br />H. A. Nadar 23006 Lorain requested his frontage be re-zoned. <br />Bert Plain 28900 Lorain Road stated he was interested only <br />in rezoning at Stearns Road. ` - . <br />Howard IJioore 3451 W. 231 objected to' change of zoning, also <br />objected to spending $6000.00 for Regional Planning. <br />John Leasegang 23977 Lorain su;gested making Lorain Road its <br />entire length retail business with restrictions. <br />Andrevr Dufala 4919 Grace ob3ected-to rezoning Lorain Road. <br />Harvey Krauss 23308 Lorain'objected to change of zoning by letter. <br />Ordinance #784 was given its second xeading. : <br />PIr.'
