<br />The TlIayor advised that he appointed Harvey Levy to the Recreation
<br />Board for 5 years.

<br />The Prlayor reported that he had attended tvlo meetings in reLards
<br />to closed course air races, and that plans were beine made to
<br />control them.
<br />The Mayor suggested that a set of 6 Throckmorten's Code, and a
<br />staridard buildinS code be purchased.

<br />and C1erk be authorized to purchase a set of 6 Throclmortons

<br />The Enr - -ineer reported that Brook Park Extension should be scraped,
<br />and that it Urould cost about $500.00 for each 2" of slag put on
<br />the 17foot wide by 850 foot long strip.
<br />Moved by Mr. Kraxner seconded by !Ar. Crider that the road be scraped.

<br />Resolution #1601 was introduced by 14r. Crider. A Resolution
<br />? declaring it necessary to improve Selhurst Road, its entire
<br />length, by constructing therein a vrater main. PJ;oved and seconded
<br />?hat the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />imrnediately the second and third times and put`on'its passage.

<br />The 'i,qayor broug;ht up the matter about cirainage ana ParkinL on
<br />South Porter Road. The matter was referred to the Enbineer.
<br />A Petition sio-ned bg residents on South Porter Road requestinE
<br />that action be taken for the restriction of parking cars on one
<br />side of the Road, preferably the east side, to keep the roAd open
<br />fOr emergencies and mail delivery, was read.
