<br />To the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio:
<br />Pursuant to Section 2293-2 of the General Code, I
<br />hereby certify that the estimated life of the improvement
<br />proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of the notes
<br />authorized by the attached Ordinance is ten years, and I
<br />further certify that the maximum maturity permitted by law
<br />of the notes authorized in the attached Ordinance is ttiryo years
<br />from the date of issuing thereof.
<br />The maximum maturity of the bonds contemplated by
<br />said Ordinance, calculated in accordance with Section 2292-9
<br />of the General Code is ten years. .

<br />. Qrdinance #788 was introduced by Mr. Kranier. An Ordinance to
<br />provide for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy
<br />of Special Assessments and in anticipation of the issuing of
<br />bond.s in anticipation of the collection of special assessments
<br />for the improvement of Silverdale Road, from Lorain Road to the
<br />north line of sublot #29, by constructing therein a vrater line.
<br />Moved and seconded that t.he statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passaae. The affirmative vote on said motion was as

<br />Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and

<br />Ordinance #789 vTas introduced by 11r. Kramer. An Qrdinance
<br />to amend the Zone li7ap and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
<br />North Olmsted by creating an additional residence district to
<br />be known as an "A-1" residence district and by chan?ing from an
<br />"A" residence district to an "A-1" residence district the
<br />property hereinafter more particularly described; and by amending
<br />section 2 and section 6 of'said 2oning Ordinance. The above
<br />Ordinance was given its first reading only.
<br />Resolution #1592 was introduced by Tir. Crider. A Resolution
<br />designating the Bank of Berea as Depository for Village funds.
<br />Moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon vras as follovrs.,

<br />Ordinance #790 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. An Ordinance
<br />creating the position of Sergeant in the Police Department and
<br />fixing the salaries and bonds of some of the members of the
<br />Police and Fire Departments. Moved and seconded that the :
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follovrs., Baumgardner, Biddulph, •I 13iddvell, Crider, Kramer, Romp. Thereupon the ordinance was read

<br />The Mayor advised that he appointed Harry yiird a regular member
<br />of the Police Dept.
<br />Resolution,#1593 was introduced by Ir:r. BaLUngardner. A Resolutian
<br />° approving the appointment of F3arry Iiird as a regul.ar member of
<br />the Pol.ice Department. iv;oved and secanded that the above resolu-

<br />The Mayor advised that he appointed Clifford Biddulph as
<br />Sergeant in the Police Department. .
<br />Resolution # 1594 was introduced by 11r. Kramer. A Resolution
<br />approvine the appointment of Clifford Biddulph as Sergeant in
