<br />The Mayor appointed Charles W. Riley as Civilian Defense Directar, for the
<br />balance of 1951.
<br />Resolution #1706 k*as introduced bJ Mr. Baumoardner. A Resolution approving the
<br />appointment' of CharZes W. Riley as Civil,fan Defense Directorj, as of Jansary 9}

<br />Ordinance #859 was introduced by Dr. Lewis. An Ordinance to malse appropriations
<br />for current expenses and other expenditures of the Vi113gP of North Ol.msted,
<br />Ohio during the fiscal year endin; December 31, 1951. It was moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and th:rd times and put on its passada. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Bawn,;ardner, Hatton, Kramer, LeViis, Paddock, Scotto
<br />Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and thircl times and put upon its
