Resolution #1704 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. A Resolution approving the <br />? appointment of Frank Kobric ta the Zoninb Board of Appeals for three years. <br />M It was moved and seconded that the above Resolution be adopted as read. Speidel of Dover Center Road complained about tile being broken and iron <br />` pipe beir.g removed in front of his property, where water main is being laid -- <br />- and the Engineer reported that the contractor will replace same. <br />y Mr. Hatton, Chairman of the Planning Commission reported that at their meeting <br />} held on December 21, 1950 Mr. Ackerer and Mr. Alexander requested a temporary <br />permit to fabri.cate plastic sink tops in the barn located on Mr. Arckarerts <br />property in Lorain Road. Request was tabled until the next meeting of the <br />Planning Commission to be held on January 42 19510 <br />$ Roy Paddock, in writing the history of North 0lmsted, found a discrepancy in the <br />? deeds for the Butternut Ridge Cemetery. The matter was referred to the Solicitoro <br />ti <br />14r. Keller of Ross Fabricating Cor.ipany was called in:-to explain why his building <br />on Lorain Road had not been completed with a store fxbnt. Mr. Keller was re- <br />quested to bring blue prints ar_d plans of the building ta the nex_t cvuncil <br />? meeting. <br />? The Engineer reported that 70.56% of the frontage on Stearns Road, from Lorain <br />' Road to the north line of Bernard Stearnst property, had been signed for a <br />? water main. <br />g , <br />; It was moved and seconded that the Engineer be instructed to prepare plans <br />t for a water main on Stearns Road.
