<br />Present were Clarence J. Oviatt, r-layor, E. Baumgardner, Fred Hatton,VJm.H. Krarner.,
<br />Roger Paddock, B. F. Scott. Dr. Lewis attended latter part of ineeting.
<br />Resolution r'71683 was introduced by Mr. Bau.mgarciner. A Hesolution
<br />authorizing the P•Jayor and Clerk to purchase a used jeep from Popets
<br />Service for $995.00. It was mved and seconded that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put,on its passage. The affirrnative wte on said rntion was
<br />as follows: Baurngardner, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott.` Thereupon
<br />the IZesolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage, and the affirnative.vote thereon was as follows: ' Baum;ardner,
<br />Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott._;-!

<br />office of ; Solicitor.

<br />Ordinance #853 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. An Ordinance regulating
<br />htanting in the Vi]lage of North 0].msted. It was mved and seconded that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the Urdinance be read.:umediately
<br />the second and third times and.put on its passage. `Phe affirniative vote ,
<br />on said mntion was as follows: Bawngardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock,
<br />Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage, and.the affizxative vote thereon was as follows: Baua-
<br />;ardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott.

<br />for the employment of legal counsel for the Village of No.rth Olxnsted. It
<br />was moved and seconded?that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Resolution be read immediate]y the second and third times and put on its -
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Bau.mgardner,
<br />Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage, and ths affirmative

<br />The IIayor reported that the rulin; of the Corarnon Pleas court was upheld
<br />by the Appellate Court in connection with Iicenses for eity owned cars.
<br />The tiayor appointed Dan Curry as a regular bus driver. It was mved and
<br />seconded that the appointment be approved. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton,
<br />Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott.
<br />Resolution #16$4 was introduced by Dr. Lewis. A.'riesolution authorizino the
<br />Mayor andClerk to sell old truck used by the Bus Line. It was moved and
<br />seconded that the above Resolution be adopted as read. "Yeastt i

<br />The meetino ad3ourned to the call of the Clerk.
