<br />Mr. Vance of Hartford Accident and Iudemnity Company gave a report on
<br />comprehensive insurance covering all phaseg of Village property. Ordinance #%8 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An Ordinance ta provide far the
<br />issuing of notes ia anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in anti-
<br />cipation of the is suing of bonds in anticipation of t he collection of special
<br />assessments for the improvement of.certain streets thereia named by constructing
<br />therein water mains. It rras moved atld seconded that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the Ordinance be read inmaediately the second and third time9 and put on its
<br />passage.. The afPirmative vote on said mQtion was as Yollowss Baumgardnerp
<br />Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was.read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage, and the affirmative wte thereon was as

<br />14ayor to employ not to exceed 10 special policemen during the football seasonp
<br />and Yixing their compensation. It was mpved and seconded that the statutory rule
