Ordinance #%8 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An Ordinance ta provide far the <br />issuing of notes ia anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in anti- <br />cipation of the is suing of bonds in anticipation of t he collection of special <br />assessments for the improvement of.certain streets thereia named by constructing <br />therein water mains. It rras moved atld seconded that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the Ordinance be read inmaediately the second and third time9 and put on its <br />passage..
