I? <br />AUGUST 29, 1950. <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNID METING OF THE COUPdCIL OF THE VIIL.AGE OF <br />NORTH OLMSTEDL OHIO <br />Present were Clarence J. Oviatt, Mayor, E. BaumZardner, Fred Hatton, <br />Wm. H. Kramer, Dr. C. B. Lewis, B. Scott. Roger Paddock was absent. <br />Ordinance #$45 z,ras introducai by Mr. Baumoardner. An Ordina?nce fixing the <br />rates of fare for bus transportation service on the North (Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line on and after September. 1, 1950. It was moved and <br />seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read <br />inrrr?ediate],y the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vnte on said motion was as follows: Baurngardner, Hatton, Kramer, <br />Lewis, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second ancl third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote was as follows: Ba.wm-ardner., <br />Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Scott. ` <br />Resolution #1667 was introduced by Mr. Bauq.;ardner. A Resolution fixing <br />the compensation and vacation periods of the bus dri.vers of the Village <br />of North OLnsted Municipal Bus Line beginning September 1, 1950. It . <br />was moved and seconded that the statutory nzle be suspended and the Reso- <br />lutian be read immedi.ately the.second and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on saa.d motion was as follows: Baumgardner, • <br />Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Scott. Thereupon the Resolution was read the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Scott. <br />Resolution #1668 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution to release <br />securities. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and p•at <br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said rmtion was as follows: <br />&3umgardner. Hatton, Kramer,.Lewis, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was <br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma- <br />tive wte was as follows:.
