A Resolution accepting the bid of <br />Cooper Construction Company for the construction of a water main in Dover Center <br />Road, from Lorain Road to the north line of the property of t he Suburban Land <br />Corporation. It was mAVed and seconded.that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, <br />Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third <br />times and put upon its passage, and the affiraiatine vote thereon was as follows: <br />Bauttgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. <br />Ordinance #836 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. There is a total of 45 lots - 36 were signed, <br />raakinS a percentage of 80.2% signed. <br />Tbe bond of George Gantose in the amount of $11,400.00 by the American Casualty <br />COl"panY, Reading, pennsylvania was approved by the following affirmative vote: <br />Baluagardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock., Scott.
