<br />Resolution #1660 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution accepting the bid of
<br />Cooper Construction Company for the construction of a water main in Dover Center
<br />Road, from Lorain Road to the north line of the property of t he Suburban Land
<br />Corporation. It was mAVed and seconded.that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer,
<br />Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage, and the affiraiatine vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Ordinance #836 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. An Ordinance establishing the
<br />rights of employees of the Village oP North Olmsted inducted into the military
<br />service of the United States of America. It was mDved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read imaediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said mption
<br />was as follows: Baum,gardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon
<br />the Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage, and the

<br />issuing of notes in anticipation of.the levy of special assessments and in antici-
<br />pation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assess-
<br />ments for t he improvement of Dover Center R.oad, by constructing therein a water main.

<br />The Engineer made the following report in connection with the petition for a
<br />water m,ai,n on Flehearty R,oad. There is a total of 45 lots - 36 were signed,
<br />raakinS a percentage of 80.2% signed.
<br />Tbe bond of George Gantose in the amount of $11,400.00 by the American Casualty
<br />COl"panY, Reading, pennsylvania was approved by the following affirmative vote:
