<br />issuance of bonds in ant3cipation of the collection of special assessments for
<br />the improvements herein named. It was moved and seconded that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read i.mmediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />lssuing of notes in anticipation of the le'ry of special assessments and in
<br />anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special
<br />assessments for the improvement of certain streets therein named, by construct-
<br />ing therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read imnediately the second and third tiraes
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
