Baumgardner. A Resolution accepting the <br />bid of Cooper Construction Company for the installation of a water main in Gessner : <br />Road, f rom Loraa.n Road to Walter Road. It was mQVed and seconded that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote thereon was as <br />fol.lows; Ba,umgardner, Hattan, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. The Niayor said <br />the matter Vrould be called to the attention of the Police Department - also <br />that he wouZd get in touch with the State Highway Patrol in regard to checking <br />weights of trucks. <br />Halsey Barawell asked that 'Ahitethorn Avenue be retopped. He was advised that <br />this could not be done, but that the holes would be repaired with cold patch <br />immediately. <br />; <br />mr . Graham, a representative of Condensation ?gineering Corp. Chicago, asked <br />Council to approve the Vitroliner Flues which they manufacture. The matter <br />was referred to the Bui.lding Commissioner. <br />Ordinance #830 was introduced by 14r. Kramer.
