2. June 6, 1950 <br />It was moved and seconded that the Clerk be instrt:cted to have the Cleveland <br />Water Department repair hydrants at 25321 and 2704$ Lorain Road. "Yeas" <br />Daumgardnerj Hatton, Kraner., Lewis., Paddock, Scott. <br />The Mayor referred to the Building and Grounds Committee for consideration, the <br />matter of a buildint; to house the grader and other equipment. <br />It was moved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to buy two pairs of boots <br />for the Service Department. A Resolution declaring <br />a.mount of taxes that may be raised by levy at the maximum rate.authorized by <br />Iaw ivithout a vote of the electors to be insufficient and declaring the neces- <br />sity of a levy in excess of such rate. It was moved and seconded that the <br />' statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read iLnmediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage.
