<br />that the estimated life of the improvement proposed to be constructed !
<br />from the proceeds of the notes authorized by the attached ordinance '
<br />is ten years, and i further certify,that the maxirnum maturity permitted '
<br />b.y ].aw of the notes- authorized in the attached ordinance is two years
<br />from the date of issue thereof.

<br />Ordinance No. 815 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An Ordinance determining to !
<br />proceed with the improvement of Selhurst Road, its entire length, by construct-
<br />ing therein a water main. Moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus-
<br />pended and the Ordinance be read inunediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as follows: Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer,
<br />Paddock, Scott. Ordinance No. 816 was introduced by Mr. Crider. An Ordinance determining to
<br />proceed with the improvement of Silverdale ftoad fmm the north line of Sublot
<br />29 to the end of the street by constructing therein a water main. Moved and -
<br />seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Qrdinance be read irmne- diately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said aDtion was as follows: Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock,
<br />Scott. Thereupon the Orcli.nance was read the second and third times and put on

<br />Ordinance No. 817 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner, An Ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of speca.al assessments and
<br />in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in antica,pation of the coll.ection of
<br />special assessments for the improvenent of certain streets there3n named, by
<br />constructing therein a water main. Moved and seconded that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the Ord,inance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage.' The affirmative vote on said mation was as foZlows: Baum-`

<br />The Engineer reported that the estimated cost of a wa.ter line on McKenzie ftoad,
<br />from I,orain Road to the Marusche?s property is $5.4535 per foot. - Ordinance No. 818 was introduced by Mr. Kraraer. An Ordi.nance to amend the Zone
<br />Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted by changing from a
<br />Residence District to a Reta31 Business District the land at the southeast cor-
<br />ner of Clague Road and I,flrain Road (Joecken property). This ordinance was
<br />given its§first reading only.
<br />Ordinance No, $19 was introduced by Mr. Hatton._ An ordinance to amend the-Zone
<br />Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Villabe of North Olrasted by changing from a
<br />Residence District to a Retail Business District the land hereinafter described,
<br />located on the south sids of Lorain Road (Ehrbar proparty), This ordinance was
<br />given its first reading only.
<br />The resig.na.tion oY Fred Crider as Counci].man, was read. It was mpved and
