An Ordi.nance to amend the Zone <br />Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted by changing from a <br />Residence District to a Reta31 Business District the land at the southeast cor- <br />ner of Clague Road and I,flrain Road (Joecken property). This ordinance was <br />given its§first reading only. <br />Ordinance No, $19 was introduced by Mr. Hatton._ An ordinance to amend the-Zone <br />Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Villabe of North Olrasted by changing from a <br />Residence District to a Retail Business District the land hereinafter described, <br />located on the south sids of Lorain Road (Ehrbar proparty), This ordinance was <br />given its first reading only. <br />The resig.na.tion oY Fred Crider as Counci].man, was read.
