<br />Mr. Jim Yielding of the C1eveland IIectric Illuminati.ng Compary explained the
<br />new street lighting pragrtcay which would cost $4632.00 in addition to the
<br />present street lighting program, or net $4324.30, which would bring the total
<br />to $597$.74 net per year. The new program is to include the following streets:
<br />South Porter., Burns, Fitch, Columbia, riaple Ridge, Frank,, Marion,, Clifford,,
<br />Morth and South Clague. Program is to include 96 additional 400 candle power
<br />lamps, and 32 100-candle power lamps are to be changed to 400-candle power.
<br />Resolution #1709 was introduced by Mr. Paddock. A R.esolution authorizing the
<br />Clerk to order installation and changes in street lighting in accordance with
<br />terms and conditions of existing contract. It was moved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately the second

<br />#39, bY 8rading, draining and slagging same. It was rmved and seconded that the
<br />statutory ru],e be suspended and the Ordinance be read imediately the second arid

<br />sublot #29 by constructing therein a water line. It was moved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vots on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lawiso Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the
<br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage, and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Bauacgardner, Hatton, Krasner, Lewis,

<br />Resolution #17I0 was introduced by Mr. Baurrgardner. A Resolution requesting the
<br />Clerk to furnish a certificate of the estimated life or usefulness of the im-
<br />provement of Dover Center Road from Butternut Ridge Road to Lorain hoad by con-
<br />struction of a concrete walk on the westerly side of said Dover Center Road.
