Joecjjtents request to have <br />466.79 t on Lorain Road a.nd 361.83 feet on ClaGue Road be <br />changed from residence to retail business, be granted. <br />Tom Aten+s request to extend retail business 2331 on Lorain <br />Road vlest of the Charles property be refused. <br />Gertrude & Lawrence Ehrbar's request to have 166.491 on Lorain <br />Road, east of . the Coe ivTemorial Building changed frora residence <br />to retai]?. business be 6rantecl. <br />The Broadlavin Corp., request to have their frontage on Lorain <br />Road west of the Lumber Co., be changed from residence to <br />retail business, but that no action be taken until the 81 strip <br />running through to Butternut Ridge be straightend out. <br />Moved and seconded that the Clerk be authorized to purchase <br />10 copies of the New:York Builcling Code. ;"Yeas" Baumgardner, <br />Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />Resignation of Vim.
