<br />Fred Hatton, Chairman, reported that the Planning Commission
<br />recommended the follovring: PJirs. Joecjjtents request to have
<br />466.79 t on Lorain Road a.nd 361.83 feet on ClaGue Road be
<br />changed from residence to retail business, be granted.
<br />Tom Aten+s request to extend retail business 2331 on Lorain
<br />Road vlest of the Charles property be refused.
<br />Gertrude & Lawrence Ehrbar's request to have 166.491 on Lorain
<br />Road, east of . the Coe ivTemorial Building changed frora residence
<br />to retai]?. business be 6rantecl.
<br />The Broadlavin Corp., request to have their frontage on Lorain
<br />Road west of the Lumber Co., be changed from residence to
<br />retail business, but that no action be taken until the 81 strip
<br />running through to Butternut Ridge be straightend out.
<br />Moved and seconded that the Clerk be authorized to purchase
<br />10 copies of the New:York Builcling Code. ;"Yeas" Baumgardner,

<br />Resignation of Vim. H. Cook as.Building Inspector, effective
<br />June lst was read.
<br />The Mayor advised that he appointea Donald Rice to the Service
<br />Dept., April 24th.
<br />Resolution #1632.was introdueed bg h4r. Baumgardner. A Resolu-
<br />tion.approving appointment-of Donald:Rice to the Service Dept.
<br />N:oved and seconded that the above resolution be adopted as read.

<br />buy 24" crock for under Porter and Burns Road and have Ed

<br />Moved and seconded that the Clerk be authorized to pay Gardner's
<br />GaraCe $14.53 for darsages to Don Gardner's car caused by holes

<br />Ordinance #812 was introduced by 14r. Baumgardner. An Ordinance
<br />providing for the issuanes of bonds of the.Village of North
<br />Q1mstEd, Ohio, for the purpose of building an addition to the
<br />Municipal Bus Garage, a fireproof building. rdoved and-seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.

<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage

<br />provide for the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the
<br />collection of special assessinents for the improvemen.ts herein
<br />named. (Frank 5t, T??arion & VJ. 230th Sts. ) Moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read
<br />imnediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
