No. 3- May 2, 1950 <br />?'etition for water main on 14ZcKenZie Road from the Maruschek <br />property to the south line of the Village tiaas referred to the <br />E'nbineer. <br />Mrs. DiVello of 3005 Clague Road requested permission to have <br />a Pastry business in her garage. The matter was referred to <br />the Planning Commission. <br />P1Ir. Ackerer requested 1371 on Lorain Road east of the Loser <br />property be changed from residence to retail business. The <br />matter was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />Bond of Ad l"kershing in the amount of 8,2500.00-by the American <br />Surety Co., of New York was approved by the following affirr.7ative : <br />vote, Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />I.r. Buss of Florence Ave., wanted to know the possibilities <br />of getting a storm sewer on Florence A.ve. The matter was <br />referred to the Engineer for estimate and cost. <br />Complaints were received about holes in Guilford and Elmhurst <br />Roads. The matter was referred to the Street Cornmittee. <br />The following moneys were receiveG 69158.69 bus receipts. <br />"'200.00 Liquor tax. ?-10007.78 for Andrus Ave. ?2940.75 b2VL Tax. <br />t-135.00 cemetery receipts. $199.'75 Building permits. $10000 <br />VVilson Taylor, a/c water hydrant. $210.00 Street Openings. <br />?;404.10 T.?Iayors fines. <br />Pay Ordinance #719 was passed by the follovring affirmative <br />vote, Baumgardner, Crider, Iiatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />Meetin6 adjourned to the call of the Clerk. <br /> <br />? ?_
