<br />14ir. Baumdardner reported that Bua #54 should be rebuilt and
<br />repainted. 11oved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to advertise

<br />? The EnSineer reported it vrould cost 54¢ p-er square foot to
<br />? lay a sidewalk on Dover Road. The matter tivas referred to the
<br />? School F3oard to start a petition.

<br />( The Mayor advised that he appointed Frank Neuman to the Street.

<br />Resolution #1626 was introduced by 1,:2r. Kramer. A Resolution
<br />? approving appointnient of Frank PZeuman to the Street Department.
<br />MOVed and secoc?.ded that the above resolution be adopted as
<br />reacl. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton,.hramer, Paddock, Scott.
<br />? h:r. ScoLt stated that the Safety Committee recommended that the
<br />; Council adopt the recommendations of the Fire Chief in reGards
<br />? to appointing Captains and Lieutenants in the Fire Dept.

<br />Mr. Baumgardner reported that the Recreation Co:nmittee could
<br />purchase 7 plus acres in the Koelewyn farm and aO foot entrance
<br />from the Schwartz lot for ?4100.00. This property being one
<br />? of the spots recommended by the Regional Plannine Commission.

<br />lZr. Kaserman requested permission to build a 40 Y 50 foot
<br />addition on to his barn. He was requested to submit plans.
