<br />Petition for a vrater main on Gessner Road from Lorain Road to
<br />Walters Road was received.
<br />The Lngineer reported that the Gessner Road viater petition was
<br />siened by 81% of the property ovaners.
<br />F.esolution #1628 was introduced by P,ir. Crider. A Resolution
<br />declaring it necessary to improve Gessner Road from Lorain
<br />Poad to Vlalter Road, by constructing therein a water main.
<br />A-loved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resolution be read im.mediately the.second and third times
<br />,ind put on its passabe. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows., Bauralgardner, Crider, Iiatton, Kramer, Paddock,
<br />Scott. lhereupon the resolution was read the'second and third
<br />times and put upon its passaEe and the affirmative vote thereon

<br />Resolution #1629 was introduced by T.Zr. Crider..A Resolution
<br />declaring it necessary to improve Gladl2.nd Ave., from Elm
<br />Road to the northerly end, by constructing therein a water main.
<br />PQoved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passaCe. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as f ollows., Eaumgardner, Crider, Hatton, hramer, Paddock,
<br />Scott.Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third time
<br />_and put upon its passage and the "yea" vote was unanimous.
<br />The Engineer,reported that 740 of the property owners signed
<br />the petition for water on McKenzie Road.
<br />The LZayor rEported that the Ohio Bell Telephone Co., recorn.mended
<br />a tvao-way telephone system for the town hall.
<br />P:ioved and seconded that the 114ayor and Clerk be authorized to
<br />have a two-wa.y telephone system installed in the Town Hall.

<br />The P:Tayor stated that he mAiled a letter to Gov. Lausche,
<br />urgin6 him to speed construction of the new turnpike.
<br />The Engineer reported that 60.7%of the property owners sibned

<br />Ordinance #810 was introduced by 41r. Baumgardner. An Ordinance
<br />fixing the salaries and compensation of the employees of the
<br />North Olristed 1:?Iunicipal bus Line. ???oved and seconded that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows., Baum-

<br />the Ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
