<br />The minutes of MarcYi 21st crere read and approved.
<br />The TvTa.yor advised that he and 1,7r. Baumgardner had attended
<br />a meeting with the County Cormissioners, in regards to the
<br />improvernent of Butternut Ridge. He stated that the Commissioners
<br />agreed to repair the bad spots in the concrete base if the•
<br />Village vrould share with about $2000.00. The Village would
<br />huve to attend to.the draina6e, and perhaps-it could be black
<br />toppEd.
<br />Moved and seconded that tne Clerk be instructed to advertise
<br />for bids for a one-man grader and loader not to exceed ?5000.00.

<br />The Engineer reported on the condition of the roads and that
<br />to put them in shape it vrould cost about $15000.00.
<br />According to advertisement in Suburban News three bids were •
<br />received for improving Andrus Ave. -_ ?

<br />The undersiEned, Village Clerk, as the fiscal officer of
<br />the Village of North Olmsted, as definEd by Section 2293-1 of the
<br />General Code, hereby certifies as follows;
<br />1. That the estimated lif'e of the property and imp-
<br />rovement referred to in your motion of April 4th, 1950, is hereby
<br />certified to be at least five yEars. -
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in
<br />accordance with the provisions of Section 2295-9 of the General
<br />Code is ? five years.
<br />If notes are issued in tnticipation of the issuance
<br />of such bonds, the maximum maturity of such notes is tvro years.

<br />Kennedy Rid?-;e Road, by grading, draining and slagging sarne.
