<br />Petition for a water main on VJalters Road from Gessner Road
<br />806.45 feet north of P.aple Ridge was received. T-;ioved and
<br />seconded that the petition be referred to the Engineer. "Yeas'r
<br />Bau.mgardner, Crider, Hat;ton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott.
<br />The Bro2dlawn Realty Co., requested that their 320 feet on
<br />Lorain Road 3ust east of the Universalist Church be re-zoned
<br />from residence to retail'business. The matter was referred
<br />to the Plannino Com:nission.
<br />The Engineer reported that it would take 610 feet'of 18"
<br />crock to Go diaConally throu8h Harrisons Golf Course to =
<br />divert the ditch. Estimated cost we?2700.000
<br />The Mayor apPointed Jack Demaline to the Street and Park
<br />Depaz°tment.
<br />Resolution #1619 was introduced by MIr. Baumgardner. A Resolu-
<br />tion approving appointment of Jack Demaline to the Park Dept.

<br />approving the appointment of Arthur WiLsrnan in the Street
<br />Dept. Iioved and seconded that the above Resolution be adopted

<br />Qrdinance #808 was introduced by',Mr. Krar.ier. An Ordinance
<br />fixing the salaries of Enployees of the Villa.ge of North
<br />Olmsted in the Park and Street Dept. Moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Orclinance be
<br />read im.mediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirznative vote on said motion was as follows,
<br />Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. There-
<br />upon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows., Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock,

<br />tion approving appointment of Richard Donaldson in the Service
<br />Dept. Tdloved and seconded that the abovd P.esolution be adopted

<br />Ordinance #809 was introduced by T•llr. Kramer. An Ordinance
<br />providing for vacations with pay for all of the employees
<br />of the Village of North Olmsted except the employees of the
<br />North Olmsted iliunicipal bus Line, the emploJ ees of the
<br />Fire Dept., and the employees of the Police Dept. TvIoved
<br />and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />OrdinAnce be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion

<br />N:r. Scott reported that the Building & Grounds Cora.rnittee
<br />recommended letting of the stand in the Park.
<br />Moved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to advertise
