A 'Resolution <br />conf irming appointinent of : Howard` Adams as Extra Deputy iiiarshal. <br />lrZovecl and seconded that the above resolution be adopted as read. <br />t'Yeas" Baumgarclner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />The r.:ayor requested the Street Comrnittee to `investigate buying <br />a sump pump, and the-Sidewalk-Committee to investigate the . <br />possibilities of buying 1001 of steel forms for sic:ewalks. <br />The Engineer reported that 69.95?4, of the porperty owners had <br />eicned the petition for water on North Porter Road from Lorain <br />Road to the north line of the property of S. Scherrer. <br />' T,?oved and seconded that the En€inesr be instructed ta prepare <br />plans and specifications for a water line on Porter Road from <br />Lorain Road to the north line of property ovrned by S.
