No« 2- Feb, 21, 1950 <br />Ordinance #798 zvas given-its second reading. <br />T:r. Krewson, representing MIr. Geo. Boesger requested that Mr. <br />Boesgerts property on 23000 Lorain Road be changed from <br />residence to business. iZoved and seconded that the above <br />request be referred to the Planning Commission. "Yeas'r <br />Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />Pdrs. Krueger of 26431 Lorain Road requested permission to <br />use her residence to sell carmel corn and as a nut shop. <br />Albert E. and L. C. Ehrbar requested their property west <br />of the Lumber Company on Lorain Road be changed frorl residence <br />to business. Pr2oved and seconded that the above request be <br />referred to the Planning Commission. "tYeas" baumgardner, <br />Crider, Hatton, YLramer, Paddock, Scott. <br />In the,matter of the Glbnn Limpert case, the Y.qayor ruled that <br />to operate a tin shop on the Limpert property is a non conform- <br />.ing use, violating the Zoning,Ordinance; however Mr. Limpert <br />can apply for a use permit, and if refused can appeal to the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals or Common P1eas Court. - <br />':r2r. Limpert requested permission to operate the tin shop for_ <br />thirty days in order to bring the matter up to the Zoning Board <br />°f APPeals. <br />:h2oved by Mr. Kramer seconded by lrZr. Paddock that 1;1r. Ba1QZ be <br />permitted to operate the tin shop as he has in the past seeek, <br />in order to giv.e PJ!r. •Limpert a chance to go before the Zoning <br />Board of Appeals within 30 days. "Yeas" Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, <br />Scott. "Nays" Baumgardner, Crider. A4r. F. Schneider of 24435 requested his 67 feet on Lorain Road <br />be chariged f'rom residence to retail business, and PGrs. Joeclsen <br />at Clague and Lorain Roads requested her property be reZOned <br />f'rom residence to retail business. Both requested were r•eferred <br />to the Planning Commission. ' <br />The follov,=ing moneys vaere received. $7903.75 bus receipts. <br />V.60 Carl Haettich.
