Ad3 ourned Meeting

<br />142inutes of an adjourned meeting of the Council
<br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Present were Clarence J. Oviatt, E. Baumgardner, F. Crider,
<br />F. Hatton, %1m. H. Kramer, R. Paddock, B. J. Scott.
<br />Mr. Coplin, Mr. Cohen, lAr. F.osing Sr., and Mr. Rosing Jr ivere
<br />Present. It vras mutually agreed that Mr. Coplin And Mr.
<br />Cohen would take back easement from Mir. Rosing for the 81
<br />strip running throuuh to IIutternut Ridge, and arrange to
<br />dispose of same to Mr. Laubscher cr Mr. Berger.
<br />Mr• Cohen then requested that the rest of their Lorain Road
<br />,'ronta-e west of the Lumber Co., be changed from residence
<br />to retail business. Moved by Mr. Kramer seconded by Ivir.
<br />Baumgarclner that the matter be referred to the Plenning
<br />Commission. "Yeas" Baungarclner, Crider, Kramer, Hatton,
<br />Paddock, Scott.
<br />Ord. #785 vras read the second time. Tt vias moved and seconded
<br />that-the statutory rule be suspended and Ordinance #785 be
<br />read immediately the third time and put upon its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows., BAUmgardner,
<br />Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Ordin- '
<br />ance was read the third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows., Baumaardner, Crider,
<br />Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott.
<br />At the request of the IYlayor, Glenn Limpert cUas present, and the Council 13stened to a.n examination of Glenn I,impert and
<br />others in regarding violation of the Zoning Ordinanee, on°his
<br />property. The M._zyor stated this matter would be taken up
<br />next meetins.
<br />The Engineer reported that there was nothing new to report
<br />in re6ards to the improvament of Butternut Ridge, hovJever
<br />there would be a meeting at the Co. Cornmissioners of'fice .
<br />Thursday A. M. Feb. 16th. He also suggested that • the matter
<br />of Brook Park extension should be pushed if we are ever to
<br />" have a truck high+raay. Mr. Kramer suggested that t:he Pvlayor
<br />appoint a citizens committee to confer with the Govener and
<br />State highway department to get some action on Brook Park Rd.
<br />The Engineer reported that 77.5 0 of property owners were
<br />signed up on the petition for water on Silverdale Road from
<br />Sub-lot 29 to the north end of the Raad.
<br />It was moved and seconded that the petition for water on
<br />Silverdale Road from sublot 29 to the north end be referred '
<br />to the En?ineer. "Yeas" Bawmgardner, Crider, Hatton, Kramer,
<br />Paddock, Scott. -
<br />N;oved ancl --econded that the Mayor sign release for 4180.00
<br />to Allstate Insurance Co., for hudrant braken by Rev. Wilbert `
<br />L. Harris just east of 24213 Lorain Road. "Yeas" Baumgardner,
<br />Crider, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Scott.
<br />Moved by Mr. Kramer seconded by Mr. BaumSardner that the bond
<br />of F. S. Boone in the amount of $4400.00 by the AEtna Casualty
<br />Co,, the bond of Cooper Construction Co., in the amount of
<br />t5345.00 by the P,2idwestern Tnderulity Co., be approved. "Yeas"
<br />Baumgardner, Crider, Hatton, hramer, Paddock, Scott. -
