<br />The rllayor appointed V7m. Wissman as Volunteer Fireman.
<br />Resolution # 1090 tivas introduced by Mr. Decker. A Resolution
<br />confirming appointment of Wm. V7issman as Volunteer Fireman.
<br />Moved by Mr. Decker seconded by Mr..Fawcett that the above
<br />resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Bidvrell, Decker, FavTCett,
<br />Oldham, Stearns, Tomes.
<br />Resolution #1091 was introduced by Pfir. Oldham. A Resolution
<br />employing Chas. Repp as drag line operator at 01.00 per hour.
<br />Moved by P,Zr. Oldham seconded by Pdr. Decker that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows, Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett,
<br />Oldham, Stearns, Tomes. Thereupon the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as follows, Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett,

<br />approving and adopting the budget. Moved by ;Ir. Oldham,
<br />seconded by Mr. Decker that the ststutory rule be suspended

<br />authorizing the Pl:ayor and Clerk to purchase a 1941 Harley Davidson
<br />motorcycle, overhead valves, model 61, for $475.00. Moved by
<br />Mr. Decker seconded by Mr. Tomes that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read iimnediately the second aii
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on

<br />street lighting. Prloved by Mr. Stearns, seconded by r,Tr. Oldham
<br />that the statutory.rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
