August 20, 1940. Minutes of a meeting of the Council of The Village of North Olmsted. Present were D. Douglass, btayor, H. K. Bidwell, L. F. Decker, G. Oldham., G. Stearns, G. Tomes. t,4r. Fawcett vras absent. The minutes of Aug. 6th were read and approved. Reaolution #1095 was introduced by PrTr. Bidwell. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enber into contract with the Board of Education of Fairview Village for transportation. Moved by Mr. Bidwell, seconded by TJIr. Tones that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative ' vote on said motion was as follows, Bidwell, Decker, Oldham., Stearns, Tomes. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows, Bidwell, Decker, Oldham., Stearns, Tomes. Resolution #1096 was introduced by Mr. Oldham. A Resolution transferring appropriations. rFoved by Mr. Oldham, seconded by Iyir. Tomes that the above resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Bidwell., Deckar, Oldham., Stearns, Tomes. Resolution #1097 was introduced by Mr. Decker. A Resolution requesting the City Water Dept for additional vrater mains to increase water pressure in North Olmsted Village.
