<br />Present were D. Douglass, Yllayor, H. K. Bidwell, L. F. Decker,
<br />; A. Fawcett, G. Oldham, G. Stearns, G. Tomes.
<br />The minutes of Sept-3rd were read and approved. ,
<br />. At the request of the Mayor, Mr. Bidwell took the chair.
<br />Application of ,ti'Jalter, Sternecker for appointznent to the
<br />position og deputy marshal tivas received and ordered filed.
<br />Moved by iVir. Decker seconded by Mr. Fawcett that the Clerk
<br />be instructed to request the City tillater Dept to repair fire
<br />hydrant at 25765 Lorain Road. "Yeas" BidtRell, Decker, Fawcett,

<br />Resolution #1099 was introduced by Mr'. Oldham. A Resolution
<br />, approving cla3.m of Helen Kosnoslcy for loss of agoat killed

<br />? Resolution #1100 was introduced by Mr. Stearns. A Resolution
<br />authorizing payment to County Treasurer of the cost of preparing
<br />sheets showing tax value of Property in North Olmsted for Street
<br />Light assessments. Moved by TRr. Stearns seconded by Mr. Decker
<br />that the above resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Bidwell,
<br />Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes.

<br />repealing 4rd. 580, passed Aug. 6th 1940. Moved oy P;ir. Stearnsp seconded by b4r. Decker that the.above ordinance be adopted as

<br />Ordinance #583:was introduced by Mr. Bidtivell. An Ordinance
<br />giving consent of-the Village of North Olmsted to the improve-
<br />'ment of Columbia Road under the supervision of the Director
<br />? of Highays, It2oved.by Mr. BidvJell seconded' by Tti2r. Decker that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and'third times and put on its passage.
<br />` The affirmative vote on said`motion vras as follows., Bidwell,
<br />Decker, Fawcett, Oldham,' Stearns, Tomes. Thereupon the ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote thereon was as.follows., Bidwell, Dec4er,
