' MAY 213 1957 - Page 40 <br /> <br />A petition to pave Decker Rosd from Lorain Road to 11idvale Avenue was <br />received. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Crider, seconded by P-ir. Neubauer, that the <br />petition be referred to the Engineer. "Yeast' Ba'•:er, Crider, Deci:er, <br />Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Ordinance No. 2494 was introduced by Mr. Crider. An Ordinanco to appoint <br />an assistant to the Clerk of the City for the purpose of making service of <br />notices. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put <br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramsr, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Ordinance <br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider., Decker., Yra,mer, <br />Neubauer; Schwenk. <br />The Clerk therefore appointed V7m. F. Andrews to assist the Clerk in the <br />serving of notices. <br />lfir. Kitson reported that George Upp is going to fill in the excavation <br />at l+776 Lansing Drive, (Niary Caine). Mr. Kitson also reported that Social <br />Security for bus drivers could not be obtained until the State Le;islature <br />passed an ENABLING ACT. , <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk. <br />. <br />E.
