<br />The Safety--Service Director; reported; thatt the `installation of '
<br />the nevr forty-two inch rvater line on Clague Road was ;progressing
<br />an.d that the City, of Clevelar_d would have an :ir_spector on the` 3abo
<br />j Llayor Lewis stated that due-. to'the, many complaints he had,
<br />received from property ovmers in this area that we should
<br />have one of our City Inspectors on the job and°that he had
<br />put an inspector. on to watch the property owners and City
