<br />The undersigled, City Auditor, as the fiscal afficer of the City of rlorth
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby

<br />Pation af the issuing of bonds 3.n anticipation of the collection of special assess-
<br />L'lents for the improvement of Martin Drive from Porter Road to its southerly end,
<br />bY constructing therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended a.nd the Ordinanco be read immedistely the second and third times
<br />alld put on its pass2?e. The' .affiz?native vote on said motion was as folloias; Baker,
<br />CriderDecker, I.napp, Kramer, Nnubauer, Schwerils. Thereupon the Ordinance tras read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage, and the affirmative vote there-
<br />°n svas a.s follows: Baker, Crider, Decker,' Knapp, Kramer,' Neubauer, Schwenls.
<br />? motion was made by rir. Schwenk and seconded by Mr. Decker that the Safety-Service
<br />nirector be author3.zed to advertise for bids'for Coe 1!venue water main Lans3ng

<br />Amotion was made by Mr. I:ramer and seconded by i2r. Crider, authorizing the Auditor
<br />t0 advertise for the-sale of fire house bonds. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp,
<br />Kramer, Tleubauer, Schwenlc, .
<br />Mr• Kitson stated that he was in receipt of contracts from the architects on the
<br />Fire houses. According to terms of agreement, rate calls for Wof 0140,000.00,
<br />"'hich Would be $g4C0.00. They will charge us 6% on ore ; f ire house, p].us 2% on the
<br />°thers raal:ing a maxinum fee of $5600,006
