<br />Amotion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Crider that the minutes of
<br />November l, 1955 be approved as read. "Yeas" Crider, Decker, Kramer, Schwenk.
<br />The Safety Service Director advised that bids were received on Novanber 12, 1955
<br />For the sale of the property on the'southwest:corner of Dover and Lorain Roads as
<br />follows: ,

<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Crider reccumnending that the
<br />$oard of Control accept the bid of Telling Belle Vernon Co. "Yeas" Crider, Decker,
<br />Kramer, Schwenk.
<br />The Safety-Service Director advised that the officials of the City of North Olmsted
<br />had been served with two swmnons,, namely:
<br />° 1• An inJunction filed by, Mildred and John Kna,gik on the Sanitary
<br />Landf ill.
<br />,
<br />2. An injunction filed by Suburban3.te Hoanes, Inc. et al
<br />on the MacKenzie ftoad ditch .
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Schwenk and seconded by Mr. Decker, authorizing payment`.
<br />°f a0z5.00 contribution From the Bus Fund for safety program conducted by the
<br />GrBater Cleveland Safety Council. "Xeas" Crider, Decker., Kramer., xhwenk.
<br />A motion was made by tir. Crider and seconded by Mr. Sehwenk extending a vote of thanks
<br />to I'Gnbers of the Fire Department for constructing the pa,rtition in the bus garage
<br />to house fire apparatus. "Yeas" Crider, Decker, Kraaer, Schwenlc.
<br />Mr• Sr-hwenk, Chaiinnan of the Safety Committee, recomnended that parking at the north-
<br />west corner of Dover and Lorain Roa,ds be eliminated or restricted to parallel park-
<br />i??°?Y'• The Safety-Service Director suggested that the Engineer locate the street
<br />?e' The Engineer reported that 17 feet fram the edga of the pavement is the road -

<br />The president of Council pro tem proclaimed December 1, 1955 as "S-D DAY" and
<br />appOinted C1,iPford Biddulph as S-D Day Director.
