Mr. Baumgardner advised that this is a public dedicated road - dedicated right to the fence. E. J. Hopple, 5225 East Parls Drive. I have had severa1 meotings with Council and Mr. Biskind. The one thing I would like to try to clear up on the original meeting held four.weeks aga, at which t3me a statement was made, there would be no entrances or exits on West Park Drive. The situation has become more and more confusing - even to a Cyclone type fence to run the length of Weyt Park Drive with exits and entrances off the park area. We are not opposed to a shopping''center. This is the land of milk and honey. We feel that there should not be any ontrances or exits on West Park Drive. Harvey S. Think we should have a shopping center, but there is the safety factor. I think most iinportant thing is safety for our children. Council will undoubtedZy have same way to keep traffic off road. If builder cannct raise this much money, even though rezoned for a shopping center, then is there asafe-guard against this?
