<br />Resolution No. 2484 was introduced by Yr. Kramer. L Resolution
<br />; liccepting the Bid of Vdalter, IVoady & Heimerdinger for Bonds.
<br />It was moved and second that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />? and the Resolution be read immediately the second;and third
<br />times and put on its passageo The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Crider., vecker, Kramer, T,ZacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Schwenk. Th.ereupon the Resolution was read the
<br />second'and thir•d times and put upon its passaG',e and the Affirm-
<br />ative vote thereon was as follows: Crider, Decker, Kram.er,

<br />' A motion was made by Ms. Pleubauer, seconded by 112r. Decker,
<br />that the Bond of Hanon & Nouzak in the amount of ?6, 500.00
<br />by the Buckeye Union Casualty Co. of Ohio, for the Surface
<br />Treatment of'streets be approved. "Yeas" Crider., Decker,

<br />that the Band'of F.'S. Boone 3n the`amount of ??7,740.00
<br />by the Aetna Casualty &- Surety Co. of Hartford, Connecticut,

<br />The report of the l3uilding Commi.ssioner for April was read
<br />showing permits were issued in the amount of ?533,90, and
<br />estimated construction value in the-amount of 1'?339,875.00..
<br />A communication was rece3ved from Bob Cutler in regarda to
<br />VJaste Containers at various interseetions. In 1950 a
<br />contract was given to Mr. Cutler to furnish the receDticals
<br />for the nrivilage of advertising on them, ir,r. Cutler also
<br />furnished,liability insurance. In_as much as they need
<br />repaintir_s he wanted to know ii' the City wanted to take
<br />them over and drop the insurance or if he should take them
<br />over a.gain U.nder contract and get new advertisers.

<br />The Auditor advised that on IZay 15th, 1957 the U. S. Treasury '
<br />Bills boucht on r'ebruary 15th, 1957 would be due. In as much '
<br />as no money has beenireceived from the ??ederal Government f'or
<br />P1ans, Specifications and Profiles of Sanitary and Storm Sevaers i
<br />and that he would need64,290.00 to pay for test borings, i
<br />The Auditor was instructed to withhold $5;000.00 of these
<br />monies to be put in the Storm Sewer Fund.
