<br />, of sublots 61, 62, 63, 64 on the northeast corner of Lansing and Oring Koads (owned
<br />r, by I4r. R. Clinpnan ) into eight lots of widths varyi.ng from 75 to 8£3 feet.
<br />Ordinance #2217 was introduced by Mr. Decker. An Ordinance accepting Besthaven sub- i
<br />? division for recording and dedication. It was moved and seconded that the statutory '
<br />' rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read imMediately the second and third times ?
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: * Crider, ?

<br />A communication was read from the Planning Commission in regard to lZr. Baker's in-
<br />quiry as to whether the property on the north side'of Lorain Road and west of Silver-
<br />da1e, was going to be rezoned for retail business. This matter came to the atten- tion of the Planning Commission on March 22 and May 31, 1955, at which time it was
<br />reconrnended that no new areas along Lorain xoad be zoned for business at the present
<br />time, but that future business areas be i.ncluded along with other changes in the
<br />zoning ordinance, now being studied by the Planning Co:nmission. This opinion is
<br />sti11 held by the Planning Ccmm3.seion. .

<br />3055 of the City of Rocky Rivet was read. A Resolution granting
<br />? pex'misaion to St. Anbela's Church,to run a school bus (owned and operated by the '
<br />? North Olmsted riunicipal Bus Line) twice daily, on Storar Road, and Wooster Road,
<br />for the exclusive purpo5e of taking children to and.from said church school. ?
<br />Mr. Neubauer, Chairman of the Transportation Committee, reported that a meeting was `
<br />held on October 15th with the Drivers? Comni.ttee, at which time the folla-wing re-
<br />? quests and suggestions were made: :
<br />The insta,llation of an exhaust fan to eliminate exhaust fumes in the garage.
<br />The Safety-Service Director was requested to,get prices on an exhaust fan.
<br />Chang.i,ng the center light on the North Olmsted busses to a reen li ht so
<br />that our busses might be easily distinguished from other busses usir.g the :
<br />? same route we do,
<br />? Might try out new type light, good for fog, on one or tti,ro busses.
<br />? Mr. Knapp and the Street Cammissioner advised that they pulled out a couple of two ;
<br />, gall.ozi cans and same cement from the entrance of the tile in the rear`of the Porter '
<br />Road properties.
<br />G, F. Courson and ASr. Clarence J. Oviatt`spoke for a group of citizens on East
<br />Park Drive, voicing their objections to the rezoning of property- west of t^;est Park ?
<br />Drive for the erection of a shopping center.

<br />l. The writer agrees to have inwerted in the deed conveying the property along
<br />the west side of West Park Drive (P:ackenzie ftoad) the following deed restriction:

<br />store cr ccmercial buildings other tr.an driveways leading to shopping center
