<br />ttie City; of North Olmsted to the .removal of snovr and ?ce fxom certain roads within
<br />the city. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Ordinance be read i.nmediately the second and third t3mes and put on its passage.

<br />The'Auditor was,instructed to write the Flanning Gomm-i.ssion regarding insFector, for
<br />new subdivisions. Tn11en new sub-divisior_s co:ne up for acceptance, the Planning Ccmunis-
<br />sion is to in:truct the developer that sufficient funds to pay the inspector.
<br />(amount to be set by the Enginser) shall be turzied over to the city treasury.

<br />A motion was made by°Mr. Baker and secandsd by Mr. Neuba.uar that the Safety-Service
<br />Director,be instructed to advertise the corn°r property for sale. "Yeas" Baker,

<br />The Engineer rsported that the petition for a water main in Decker Road from Midvale
<br />to Southern Ave. had over the required 60% of frontage signed.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by*r:r. Decker that the Enoineer be
<br />authorized to prepare plans and specifications f cr a Vratsr main in Decker Road from
