<br />Resolution #2202 was introduced by Atr. Kramer. A Resolution accepting the bid of
<br />National City Bank of Cleveland for two-year anticipatory notes. It was moved and
<br />seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirniative vote on sa.3.d
<br />motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer.. Neubauero Schwedc.
<br />Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and th3.rd times and put upon its pas- sage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker,

<br />` The Buildin.- Comraissioner's report was read showing,that permits in-the amount of
<br />$1634.20 werz issued during the month of-August. Estima.ted cost of building was
<br />$4518,150.00.
<br />`The Safety-Service Director stated that one bid had been received'on a 1955 police
<br />car, but it was rejected by the Board of Control, as 1956 cars would be avail.able
<br />soon. A motion was made by Mr. Crider and seconded by Mr. Baker that the ?Safety-Service
<br />Director be authorized to advertise for bids on a new 1956 police car. "Yeas"

<br />xhe Safety-Service Director stated that4ha had a price of 0975.00 to erect a fence
<br />on both sides of the driveway to the sanitary landfill approximatel,y 300 feet baclc.

<br />The Engineer reported that the petitions for both the storm sewer and the #2 water
<br />main on Decker Road were short 325 feet. .
<br />The EngLneer reported the petition for a wiater main on Coe Avenue had the required
<br />60%.

<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Declsor that the.Engineer prepare
<br />Alans and specifications for a water main on Coe Avenue. "Yeas" Baker, Crider,

<br />The Engineer reported that Westlake wi11 have a meeting in regard to a water main
<br />in Lansing Drive in jv'estlake.
<br />The Engineer reported that the estimated cost of the instn7.l.ation of a water main in
<br />Tiaz'tin Drive was $50,700.00.
<br />Resolution #2203 was introduced by ZZr. Schwenk. A Resolution declaring it necessary
<br />to improve Martin Drive from Porter Road to its southerly end, by constructing there-
<br />3n a water nain. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the Resolution be read imediately the second and third times and"put"on its passage. '
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider; Aecker, Knapp,
<br />Kramer, Neubauer,9 Schwenk. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third

<br />Ordinance J/2204 was introduced bf Mr. Neubauer. 4An Ordinance amending Section 3 of
<br />? Ord3,rance #2194 entitled "An Ordinance fixing the compensation and vacation periods
<br />of the Bus Drivers of the North Olmsted I-gunicipal Bus Line and providing for the
<br />compensation of eanployees,af the municipal bus garage and certain other employees of
<br />the municipal Bus Line, effective September 1, 1955." -It titas moved and seconded that
<br />the.statutory rule be suspended and_the Ordinance be read immediately the second`and
