<br />ftesolution #2177 was introduced by Mr. Baker. A Resolut3on requssting Auditor
<br />to certify life of improveaent and maximum ma,,tnrity of bonds for parcha,ae of
<br />real estate to establiah municipal waste disposal land-Yill facilities. It was
<br />moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be
<br />read 3mmediately the second and third times and put on its pa9sage. The atiirma-
<br />tive vote-on said motion was as follrnsss Baker, Decker, Knapp, Kramer.. Neubauer,
<br />Schwenk. Thereupon the ftesolution was read the aecond.and third times and put upon
<br />its paasage and the affirmative vote thereon rras as follawa: Baker.. Deckers Knapp.,
