<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Decker that the minutes of-
<br />JulY 53, 1955 be approved aa read. "Yeas" Crider, Decker# Knapp, Kramer.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Crider and seconded by Mr. Decker that the minutes of
<br />JulY 12s 1955 be approved as read. "Yeas" Criders Decker, Knapp, Kramer.
<br />In the absenca of the SaSety-Service Director, the 2dayor announced the 'appointment
<br />of Frank R. Waldron as Patrolman in the Polics Department, eflective Auguat 15, 1955.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and aeconded by Mr. Crider that the above appoint-
<br />ment be approved. "Yeas" Crider., Decker., Knapp.. Kramer,
<br />The Mayor announced the appointment of Richard Donaldaon as Fireman, ePtective
<br />August 15, 1955.
<br />A motioa was made by Mr. Crider and seconded by Mr, Decker that the above appoint-

<br />xesolution #2176A was introduced by Hr. Crider, A Aeaolutfon accepting water eaae-
<br />ment for Eleanor and Evelyn Drives, Joseph Bauer Subdiviaion. It waa moved and
<br />seconded that the above Resolution be adopted aa read. "Yeaa" Crider, Decker,
<br />KnaPPs Kramer.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Decker thgt the bond of G. A.
<br />Barnow be approved in the amount of $40,000.00 by the Maryland Casualty Canparly
<br />for paving and sidewalk in the Cedar Point Subdivision. "YeasTM Crider, Decker,

<br />A motion waa made by Mr. Decker and aecoaded by Mr..Kramer suthorizing the Building
<br />Camniasioner to iasue permite until plat of the Cedar Point Subdiviaion can ba

<br />A communicatfon was read from the Engineer to the efYeet that atorm sewera had been
<br />inatalled in the Cedar Point 5ubdivisioa in conformity to the plane and specifica-
<br />tioae !or aaid aewers.
<br />A cam?unication was read irom the Bus Drivers$ Camittea addressed to the Safety-
<br />Serv3,ce Director requesting a 10% increaae in salariea for superviaion and clerical
<br />emplvyses and 15¢ per honr increaae for bua operatore and garage employees.
<br />Mr. Neubauer, Chairman of the Transportation Cec¢nittee.. reported that the Buttermt
<br />Ridge Sunday-Holiday 2vn was concluded July 31, 1955•
<br />Mr. Crider read the Health fteport t'or the month of June.
<br />Mr. C. A. Snj.th of Decker Road wanted to know rrhen the atorm sewer wauld be in-
<br />stalled in Decker Road and stated that he was desperately.in need of permiaeion
<br />to ruu a temporary drain to the ditch. He alao complained about the dusty condi•-
<br />tion of Decker Road.
<br />A motion xas made by Mr. Crider and seconded by Mr. Decker that Cha,s. A. Smith,
<br />Ed Sprin@aan and Geo. ftechner & 3ona be given pezmiasion to la,y a temporary 4" tile
<br />to the ditch, which will be abandoned when tha permanent etorm sewer ia installed.
