<br />The undersigned., Citf Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of North
<br />91mgted? Ohio., as defined by Section 133;01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby
<br />certifies as follows:
<br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvea?ent referred to in your
<br />Resolution #2155 of June 21, 1955s is hereby certified to be in excess of five years.
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio., and the weighted average of the amounts
<br />proposed to be expended for said classes of improvements is as follaws:
<br />(a) 0105,000.00 for the construction of a Yireproof building to be used for a
<br />municipal,swimming pools 25 years. .
<br />(b) _31+5s000.00 for equignent and furnishings Por said building, 10 years
<br />(c) The weighted`average of the amount proposed to be expended for said
<br />classes is 20 years. ,
<br />Should you authorize` a single bond issue f or a71 of said classes the maximum
<br />maturity of said bonds could not exceed such weighted average of 20 years.
<br />The maximum maturity of the notes., if any, to be issued in anticipation of t he
<br />issuance of such bonds, is two'(2) years. ,
