<br />Present were Dr. C, B. Lewis, Mayor, E. W. Baumgardnerp President of Cauncil,
<br />L. H. Baker, Harryr M. Crider, R. L. Decker, R. G. Knapp, William H. Kramer,
<br />R. G. Neubauero G. H. Schwenk. .
<br />Resolution #2144 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A ftesolution authorizing
<br />SaYety-Service Director to proceed raith the purchase of real estate to establish
<br />municipal waste dispos4 land till Yacilities. . It was moved and seconded that
<br />the statutory rule be'suspended and the ftesolution be read inunediatel,y the
<br />eecond and third times and put on its passage. The affirniative vote on said motion

<br />upon the Resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and

<br />certifies as follows: . 1. That the est3mated life of the propertq or improvement referred to in
<br />your Rasolution #2145 oY JuneFl,-1955s is hereby certiYied to be thirty years.
<br />2. The maadmum maturity of such notes calculated in accardance with the
<br />provisions ot Section 133.20 of the Revised'Code of Ohio is two years.
<br />3. The maudmum maturity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance author-
<br />izing issuing of notes is thirty years.

<br />Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of the 3-mill levy voted at "
<br />tha special election, February 15, 1955. It was moved and seconded that th+e $tatu-
<br />tory rule be suspended arxt the Resolution be read 3mmediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmat3ve vote on said motion was as follaar3:
