Baumgardnerp President of Cauncil, <br />L. H. Baker, Harryr M. Crider, R. L. Decker, R. G. Knapp, William H. Kramer, <br />R. G. Neubauero G. H. Schwenk. . <br />Resolution #2144 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A ftesolution authorizing <br />SaYety-Service Director to proceed raith the purchase of real estate to establish <br />municipal waste dispos4 land till Yacilities. . It was moved and seconded that <br />the statutory rule be'suspended and the ftesolution be read inunediatel,y the <br />eecond and third times and put on its passage. The affirniative vote on said motion <br />? <br />, was as fol].owa: Bakers Cr3der, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. The maadmum maturity of such notes calculated in accardance with the <br />provisions ot Section 133.20 of the Revised'Code of Ohio is two years. <br />3.
