<br />A motion was made by lir. Crider, and seconded by hir. Eaker that
<br />the minutes of March 26, 1957 be-approved as corrected.

<br />N's. Kuhn of Ployd Browne &: Associates reviewed briefly the
<br />five plans for the lift stations and sanitary sewers. t. motion
<br />; was made by iMr. Crider seconded by Mr. Baker, that the Solieitor
<br />prepare legislation directing Floyd Browne ECAssaciatea to
<br />proceed with the preparat3on of p].ans for makin, test borings.

<br />that the Solicitor prepare legislation authorizing the Safety- !
<br />Service DirECtor to advertise for bids and enter into contract

<br />R2r. Schwenk reported he met with tYie bus drivers on Apri1 10, 1957
<br />to discuss uniforrn allowance and wage increases but would- have to have a meeting with. the Auditor and Finance Gor.mittee as to
<br />finances. A meeting tivas held with the Trustees of Olmsted
<br />Township in regards to increased bus service. This will need'
<br />further study, .r_othing definate at this` tine. The drivers also '
<br />tivunted to know if it was possible to get Social Security along
<br />with PERS. The Law D3rector tivas requested t,o:Set a ruling
<br />on the latter.
<br />rdLr. Crider stated he-had' complaints of mud on T.ZcI£enzie Road
<br />and that .1r. Parro should be natified to clean up the mud.
<br />He algo had a call from a man on Charles Avenue for crocking
<br />in the ditch.
<br />T,lr. Schtivenk reported he had' a complaint `about Vir. Pemke,
<br />4044 South Clague Road,'putting i.n an asphalt drive to the
<br />street without a drain pipe. Pt;r. lAJissman toZd him he would "
<br />have to put in a drain pipe but he would not do it. A motion
<br />' was made by TJIr. Crider, seconded by „dr. Schwenk that Ns. Femke '

<br />Mr. Crider reported finding no ordinance requirin; property '
<br />owners to repair broken sidewalks. The Solicitor stated that.
