<br />The matter of covers for siuap pwnp holes was thoroughly discussed by the Building
<br />Commisyioner and Council.

<br />The subject of licensed plumbers arui sewer builders was also discussed. ?
<br />A motion wa3 made bf Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Kramer that the Solicitor
<br />be ir.structed to draw an ordinance, setting the fee3 to licensed plumbers and
