President of Council, <br />L. H. Baker, Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker., R. G. Kna,pp, Ralph G.°Neubauer. <br />Mr.-Kramer and Mr. Schcvenk were absent. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Decker that thetninutes. <br />. of December 7, 1954 be approved as reado' "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Decker, <br />Neu}aauer. : <br />A raotion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. nleubauer that the minutes <br />of December 10, 1954 be approved as corrected. "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Decker, <br />Neubauer. The Safety--Service Director appointed Dona,ld E. O'Neill as Electrical Inspsctor. <br />A Motion was made by Mr. Neubauer &'nd seconded'by 21r.'Decker trat the above <br />appointment be approved. "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Decker, Neubauer. <br />Mr. Knapp is no•s present. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Crider approving the bonds <br />of Franklyn E. Yehlik by the Aetna Casualty and Surety Corapany as follotiis: <br />$36.,828.75 for draining, Srading and paving Charles Road <br />$36,037000 for the installation of a water main and storm sewer in Charles Road . . <br />"Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker., Knapp, Neubauer. <br />A delegation of citizens from Florence Avenue'and Columbia Road complained`about <br />their tile being broken by Mr. Bauer, the builder. The raatter was referred to the <br />Solicitor, Street Comrnissioner and Building CommissionAr. <br />Mr. Crider read the Health Report for, the month of Idovember. <br />Therlayor read a comn.unication from Mr. Charles Carran, President cf the ' <br />Gu,y'ahoga County Mayor's .".wsociation acknowledging our letter regarding the <br />60% requirement for the passage of municipal levies. He also read a letter from <br />the Disaster-ftelief Canm3.ttee in regard to ' a charge of $1$0,00 for repacking <br />Civil Defense emergency medical supplies, which were opened by the nurses'group, <br />Resolution #20$0 iti*as introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A resolution accepting the <br />amounts and rates as determined by the,Budget Commission and authorizing the <br />necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county auditer. It was moved <br />and seconded that the above Resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Baker., Crider, <br />'Decker, KnaPps Neubauer. : <br />motion was made by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Decker that $25,683.95 of <br />Harvey Steplerts bond be released. "Yeas" Baker..
