Baumgardner, President of Council, <br />L. H. Baker? Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker, R. G. Knappo William H. Kra..??er, <br />R. G. Neubauer, G. H. Schwenk. <br />Ordinance #?_07$.Vras intredueed by Mr` Baker. An OrdinancQ accepting plat of <br />Lavoie Subdivisipn No. 1 for dedication and recording. It was'moved and secondod <br />that the statutory rule be suspended nnd`the Qrdinance be read idmediately the <br />eecond and third times and put on its passage. The affirmativo vote on said <br />motion wa3 as foll.ows: Baker, Crider, Deci:er, Knapp, Kra.mer, Neubaezer, achwenk. <br />Thereupon the Ordinance was read ths second and third tiraes and pazt upon its pas- <br />sage and the affimative vote the-reon was as foll.owss Ha'.ser, Crider, Deckero Knapp$ <br />Kramer, Neubauer, 5chwenk. ' - <br />Ordina,rice #2079 was introduced by Mr. Deckero An Ordinance to amend 5ection 1 <br />of Ordinance #1059, passed September 15, 1953,, entitled "An Ordinance fixing the <br />- compensation and vacation period of the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line arxi providir.g for the compensation of employees of Municipal Bus Garage <br />and certain other anployees of the Municipal Bus Lixie, be;inning October 4 1953•" <br />It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance <br />be read inrnediately the sacond and third times and put on its passage. The affir- <br />mative vote on said motion VTa3 as follows: Eaker, Decker Knapp, ; Kram3r, Dleubauer, <br />schwenk. "Nay" Crider. Thereupon the Ordinance was read tr.e second and third <br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as fol].ows: <br />Baker, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. "Nay" Crider. <br />The Safety-Service Director stated that hQ re-instated! Russell L. Bieriman to the <br />Po].ice Department effective.Deceraber 10 1954. <br />A motion was ma.de by Mr. Schwen'.c and seconded by t1r. Decker that ths above appoint- <br />ment be approved.
