<br />Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, heraby certifies
<br />as fouows:
<br />1. 3'hat the estimated life of the property or improvement referred to in your
<br />Resolution #2431 oY January 15, 1957,
<br />years is hereby certified to be at least ten

<br />29 The max3mum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two qears.
<br />3. The max3mvm matwrity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance authorizing
<br />issuing of notes is ten years.

<br />Ordinance #2432 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. An Ordinance to provide for the
<br />issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and in antici-
<br />pation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection oY special assesg-
<br />ments for the improvement of Bradley Road from Barton Road northerly 976 ieet,
<br />bY aonstructins therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affimiative vote on said motion was as followss Baker,
<br />Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />"'a$ as fo]1ows: Baker., Crider, Decker.. Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer. A motion was ma,de by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Decker that the Safety-
<br />sezvics Director be authorized to advertise for bids for the installation of water

<br />ordinance #2la33 was introduced by Mr. Declser. An Ordinanco adopting a Fire Preven-
<br />tion Code, prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to liPe and property
<br />from fire or explosion., and providing for the enforcement thereof. It was moved and
<br />sIconded that the atatutory rule be guspended and the Ordinance be read immediatelyr
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma.tive vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Baker, Cx?ider, Deckery Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer. There-
<br />upon the Ordinance wa$ read the gecond and third t3mes and,put upon its passage and

<br />Odinance #21+3k was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An Ordinance to prov3de Yor the issuancs
<br />°f a note in antic3pation of the levy of special assessments and in anticipation
<br />of the Uguance oY bonds to pay the property owners' and the cityts portions of the
<br />cost eg improving Brookpark Road from A4artin Drive easterly 1322.46 Peet within the
<br />C'ty °f Nerth Olmsted, by constructing therein a r+rater main, and declaring an emergency.

<br />Everett Dean's letter was read regarding the release of Yehlik's bond Por aewer and
<br />wat°r O2'i1y in Charles Avenne.
<br />1 A n?otion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Kramer that the bond of Franklin
<br />, Yehlilc for water and sewer only in Charles Avenue by the Aetna Casualty & 3urety Comparq in the amount of $36,037.00 be released. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker,
<br />Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer.
<br />The En8ineer stated that the Rosita Lane sewer had been cleaned, and the bond should
<br />be released.
<br />4 motion wa$ made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Neubauer that on recomtnendation
<br />? Of the Engineer, the bond of K& L Construction for the improvement oY Rosita Lane,
<br />in the amcunt oY $29,125,00 by the Home Indemnity ComparW oY New York, be released.
