T'hereapon the Oniina.nce was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows; Baker, Crider,, Decksr, Kraaer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />? <br />Ordinance #2383 was introduced by Mr. Crider. An Ordinance authorizirig the <br />Director oP Public Service to modify the cantract with the City of FP.irview Park, <br />which expires December 31, 1961, for bua serviee within the City of Fairvie'w Park <br />and'the Citq of Fairview Park to and from the City oF Cleveland, by establishing <br />new rates oi fare and amending ordinance No. 2192 a3 araended. It was moved : and <br />seconded that the statutory rule be sugpended and the Ordinance be read 3mediately <br />the seaond and third tines and put on ita passage. ' The aff3.rmative vote on said <br />motion was as follawss Baker, Crider, Decker, Kxamer, MacDonald,, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage <br />and the affirmatiee vote thereon wae as follokw Baker, Crider,, Decker., Kramer, <br />MacDonalds, Neubauer, 3chwenk. • <br />4 The EAgineer reporte3 that the petition for a water main in Brookpark Extension - <br />` had signatureg ior 100;6, exceptirig City; oY North dlmsted preperty. <br />Resolution #23$4 waa introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resalution declaring it nscessaxq <br />` to improve Brookpark Road from Martin Drive easterly 1322.461 be constructing there- ' <br />in a water main. It was moved arri seconded that the statutory rule be suapended <br />and the Resolution be read inmediately the second and ttiird times and put on its <br />; Aaesage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider,, Decker, <br />; Kramer. MacDonald, Neubauer, Sehwenk. Thereupon the Resolution was read the aecorxi <br />? and third t3mes and put upon its passage and the affiYmative vote thereon was as <br />fallows: Baker? 6rider, Decker, Kram+er, MacDonald, Neubawer, Schwenk. <br />?
