OCTOBER 301, 1956 <br />; <br />MINUTES CF AN ADJOURNED AqEETING OF THE CCIUIVCIL CF THE C ITY OF <br />NORTH OIMSTED, OHIO ' <br />Present were Dr. G. B. Lewis, Mayorp E.-W..Baumgardners Presiderit of Councils, <br />L. Ho Baker, Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker, William H. Kramer, R, G. Neubauer, ` <br />G. H.`Schwenk. Mr. MacDonald was absent. <br />Al$o present were F. G. Kit son, Solicitor, Jamea F. Votava, ` 5afety-Service Director.. ' <br />Everett Dean, Enginser, E. M. Christman, Clerk was absent. <br />Resolution #2385 was introduced by Mr. Crider.' A Besolution amending Parag.raph 1 <br />, of Resolution No. 2343, passed August 7, 1956,, ent3tled "A Resolution requesting <br />, financial aid irom U. S. Goverment Por cost oi engineering and other preliminary <br />Costs for master plan of sevrerage and stoxm water drainage systeznso" It was <br />moved and secorxied that the statutory rule be suspended arrl the Resalntion be <br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its paesage. The aifinna- <br />tive vote on said motion wa3 as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker., Kramers Neubauer, <br />Sr-hwenk• Thereupon the Besolution was read the second and third times ami put ' <br />upon its passage and tha aYfirmative vote thereon xas as follows: Baker, Crider.. <br />Decker, Rramer.. Naubauers Schwenk. <br />In vietiv of the Yact that some complaints have been reoeived on the installation <br />oP benches at bus stops, the Law Director was instructed to contact Mr. Poremba <br />to see what can be worked out in connoction with discont3nuing the temporaryr <br />agreemsnt with him. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Neubauer that the Safety-Service <br />Director be instructed to have atreet lights changed iroa 400 C. P. to 250 C. P. <br />on a11 side streets. "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Decker, Kraiaer, Neubauer, Schwersk. <br />?
