Baker, Harry 11. Crider, R. L.Declcer, Willian F. Kramers R. G. Neubauer. <br />G•-H, Schwenk. Mr. MacDonald was absent. <br />A1so present were F. G. Kitson, Solicitor, James F. Votava, Safety-Service Director, <br />Everett Dean, Engineer, E. M. Christman, Clerk. , <br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and secorrled by Mr. Pecker that the mirrutes of <br />? The Safety-Service Director stated that he had a rough plan for the enlargement of <br />? the bus garage arxl estimated cost r:zs -007,500.00. The matter was referred to the <br />; Tra.n?POrtation arxi Properties Comaittees. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker arri seconded by Mr. Decker that,ths bond of C&-K <br />Bui7-ding Campany in the amount _of $11,500.00 by Aetna Casualty & Surety Co. for <br />pa,vino and sidewalks on W. 231st Street, be approved. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Dec!:er, <br />Kramers Neubauer, SchTvenic, Request was made for release of bord on Ranchview and West Ranchview Avenues. <br /> <br />A mcrtion was made by Mr. Schwen:?c and seconled by Mr. Baker that the matter be ? <br />referred to the Engineer fcr approval cr rejection. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, <br />Kramers Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />The Safety-Service Director stated that two new trucks wore needed in the Service <br />Department. The ma.tter was refe:red to the Street Comaittee, Safety-Service Director <br />and Finance Ccenrnittee. <br />The SafetY-Service Director stated that police car #63 needs to be repla,ced, either <br />bY purchase of a new car or on a rental basis. The matter was referred to the Sa,fety <br />and Finance Committees. <br />Mr. Neubauer, Chairman of Transportation, stated they met with the Fairview Cccmnittee <br />regarding the proposed increase in fa res, but that the Fairview Gouncil had not <br />Aassed their crdinance as yet. <br />Mr* Crider, Chainnan of the Sidewalk Comittee, submitted the follaoing list of <br />streets yhere sideVralks are necessary: <br />?
