<br />to furnish a certificate of the eatimated life of usefulne3s of the improyement
<br />of, Clague Road from Lorain Rcad to Mastick Raa;d, by constructing and installing
<br />a five foot concrete public 3idewalk on bath sides of said Clague Road. It YJaB
