<br />Thp Mayor reported that he contacted The Illwr.i.riating Co. xega.rding our ,;treet
<br />lighting program, and that.the delay has been due to bad ti-ieather and recent storms,
<br />which has put CEI behind. _

<br />on the east side had not been tied into the nevr sewer due to the faet that the
<br />' tanporary line was put in on private property; however, two houses on the west side
<br />wers tied in __ and thut the temporazy lin4 had been put in by the Pope boys.
<br />The Mayor was to ;et in touch Urith llr. Rinyu for the next meeting.

<br />Ordinance !T2318 was introduced by bix. Kramer. An Ordinance to approve and adopt
<br />thQ.budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year 1957- It was moved and
<br />seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immpdia.tely
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as fallows: Balter., Crider., Dsclcer., Kramer,, Neubauer., SchrTenk. Thereupan
<br />the Ordin2nce was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the

<br />Resolution #2319 was introduced by Mr. Decker. A Resolution authorizing contract
<br />with Ridgeville Township for mutual aid services f or Fire Protection. It was moved
<br />and seconded that the statutary rule be suspended and the Resolutien be read;
<br />:Ltmediately the seconc3 and third t3mes and put on its passage. The affirmative

<br />vote of the electors to be insufficient and declaring the necessity of a levy in
<br />excegs of such,rate. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be auspended
<br />and the Hesolution be read immediately the second and third times and put oa its
