<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND
<br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2014 TO CHANGE THE PART -TIME ASSISTANT CLERK OF COURT
<br />POSITION (SECTION 4B, 3) FROM PART TIME TO FULL TIME AND ADD SUPPORT PERSONNEL SE( CTION 413, 1;
<br />AND TO OTHERWISE RESTATE THE COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS
<br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2014, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS
<br />AMENDED.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br />(BW = Biweekly; PH = Per Hour)

<br />5. Temporary Clerk of Council shall receive $15 PH per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting.

<br />salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate.
